Can I special order outside your standard menu?
Delivery can include both take-out and catering menus.
How far in advance can I order?
No limits.
How close to delivery date/time can I order?
Please place orders with 2 hours’ notice. Call on rush orders (less than 2 hours). We schedule our deliveries in the order that they are received so placing your order as far in advance as possible is helpful.
What is your minimum/maximum order?
Delivery in the downtown skyway system is free with a $50 minimum order. All other deliveries are $12.99.
Do you provide cutlery, napkins, plates and cups?
Yes and condiments.
What are your payment terms?
Payments can be made with all major credit cards or by corporate check. Invoices will be sent via email and are stored in the cloud.
What if you need to cancel or make changes?
If you need to cancel the order we must receive notice by 9:00 am on the delivery date or we will charge 50% of the total order. Last minute changes to your order– just call and we will take care of it.
Do you do catering on weekends and/or for special events?
