• To order via phone or fax, click on any of the printable fax order forms below and print them. The fax numbers for store locations are on the top of the pdf forms.
• All orders are confirmed with a phone call when we receive them. We cannot fill any fax orders until the confirming phone call has been completed. We encourage you to leave more than one phone number, so we can readily contact you to confirm your fax order.

Delivery Policy:

FREE walking deliveries via the skyway systems in downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul with a $40 minimum order. $8 delivery charge for skyway deliveries if the $40 minimum is not met.

We use a courier service to deliver food in the suburban metro area. We negotiate a minimum courier fee of $12.99 that is passed through to the customer without a mark-up. This metro area fee is good for any size order. Suburban deliveries may arrive up to 20 minutes before the desired time due depending on the courier delivery load.

Payment Options:

We accept cash and all major credit cards. All orders for delivery must be paid with a major credit card. Established businesses may use their house account.
